Fiona Stevenson is a classically trained CPG marketer turned entrepreneur, speaker, and author with deep expertise in creativity, innovation, brand management, and energizing business teams.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Fiona was a senior marketing leader at Procter & Gamble in North America and Europe HQ, where she oversaw business operations and brand development across home care, cosmetics, and personal cleansing categories.
In 2015, Fiona co-founded The Idea Suite, an innovation agency recognized four times by Report on Business as one of Canada's Top Growing Businesses and Top Women-Led Growing Businesses, and named three times to the Adweek 100: Fastest Growing Agencies list. Having led more than 500 innovation projects across multiple geographies for leading multinational corporations, Fiona understands what it takes to drive real-world commercial success.
In 2021, she founded Energy for Growth with a mission to share the proven energy-building tools and techniques she developed with leaders who want to unleash the potential of their teams and themselves.
