Shelli and Fiona met while judging an advertising awards competition and realized that their complementary skills and experience – Shelli’s consulting and agency background combined with Fiona’s entirely client-side one – could address a gap in the agency world. And so, in 2015 they founded The Idea Suite, with a mission to unlock the creative potential of people and businesses through innovation.

With more than 50 global clients on their roster, including several Fortune 500 companies, they have been recognized in the Adweek 100: Fastest Growing Agencies list, the Report on Business Canada’s Top Growing Businesses list, and the Canadian Business Startup List.

Energy has always been central to The Idea Suite’s proven approach to innovation – which combines a proprietary design thinking process with mindsets/behaviours that build creative energy.
